CARES GUIDELINES

General: Children will meet in the school cafeteria after school. The dismissal line is the last line called. Children may bring play clothes to change into. Chidren may bring small toys, games or coloring books to use. There is a $25.00 application fee(per family).

Time: 2:45 to 6:00- Children must be picked up by 6:00. You will be required to sign children out so there will be no discrepancy about the time the child was picked up.
Please keep in mind, on days in which school dismisses early, NO after school care will be provided. The same will apply when there is an emergency closing. In the event inclement weather requires CARES to close early, you will be contacted.

Snack: We provide a snack and juice.

Homework: This is done after the children have their snack. Children may not go back to their homeroom to get their books or assignments. Parents are responsible for checking the child's homework before they return to school the following day.

Fee:
Daily(per child)
Pick- up befoe 4:30 PM....................$10.00*
Pick-up after 4:30 PM.......................$15.00*
Daily(2 or more children)
Pick-up before 4:30 PM...................$15.00*
Pick-up after 4:30 PM...................... $20.00*

Late Fee:
Children must be picked up by 6:00. Any time past 6:00 is late and a $10.00 late fee will be billed.

Payment:
Fees are to be paid upon receipt. A fee will be charged for returned checks.

Discipline:
Proper behavior is expected and the Director will inform the parents individually if a problem should occur.
